Alan Metcalfe, our finance director, has been recognised at the prestigious Northern Finance Director Awards in Leeds which was held on 10 October 2024.

He was awarded the Best Northern Finance Director of a Family-owned Company and was presented with the award by John Halton of Page Executive and John Laud, Head of Corporate Banking at Barclays West & North Yorkshire.

Alan said: “Winning this award was a pleasant surprise. Thank you to everyone at Fairburn’s for your support over the recent years. As with all these things it really is a team effort.”
