Pink Lady Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 50ml Pink Dry Gin
  • 3-4 dashes Grenadine
  • A good slug of brandy
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 25ml triple sec
  • 1 Fairburn’s British Blue egg white
  • 1 red cherry
  • Ice cubes

How to prepare the cocktail

Fill the shaker with ice, add all the ingredients to the shaker, shake gently, then strain the mixture into a cocktail glass, add a cherry garnish and your Pink Lady is ready to serve. Serve in a sugar rimmed cocktail glass of your choice.
