Fruity Fairburn

Ingredients
- Edible gold glitter
- 1 lime, juiced
- 8 basil leaves
- 2tsp sugar
- 100ml tequila
- 50ml Grand Marnier
- 2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 200ml pineapple juice
- 2 Fairburn’s egg whites
- Ice cubes
Method:
Place some edible gold glitter on a saucer and on another pour on the lime juice. Dip the cocktail glass rim side down
into the lime juice and then immediately into the glitter. Place the basil leaves and sugar in a cocktail shaker and muddle them together. Add the rest of the ingredients and some ice cubes, put the lid on tightly and shake gently until just mixed and pour into the prepared glasses. Top with a little more edible gold and fresh pineapple if you wish.
